Welcome to ByteCraft ("we", "us", or "our"), operating this website (the "Site"). ByteCraft is a free, open-source collection of browser-based developer tools designed to help you with everyday development tasks.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site and all tools, features, and services provided through it (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

ByteCraft provides a suite of free, browser-based developer tools. All processing is performed locally in your web browser — no data is transmitted to our servers. Our current tools include:

• Base64 Encode/Decode — Encode and decode Base64 strings, generate Basic Authentication headers
• Password Generator — Generate secure, random, and memorable passwords
• Text Hashing — Compute hashes using MD5, SHA-1, SHA-256, SHA-512, SHA-3, Keccak, RIPEMD-160, and more
• Text Encrypt/Decrypt — Encrypt and decrypt text using AES, DES, Triple DES, Rabbit, RC4, and other algorithms
• File Checksum — Compute file checksums with support for unlimited file sizes
• ASCII Table — Complete ASCII reference with conversions for hex, octal, HTML, and decimal
• HTML Code — HTML special characters and entity reference
• Storage Unit Conversion — Convert between byte, kilobyte, megabyte, terabyte, petabyte, and more

We may add, modify, or remove tools at any time without prior notice.

You agree not to misuse the Site or its Services. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Using the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure
• Interfering with or disrupting the Site's functionality, servers, or networks
• Using automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Site in a manner that exceeds reasonable use
• Transmitting any malicious code, viruses, worms, or other harmful content

ByteCraft is a free service supported by advertising. We may display advertisements on the Site provided by third-party ad networks. These partners may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect information about your browsing activity across different websites.

By using the Site, you acknowledge and consent to the display of advertisements and the use of tracking technologies by our advertising partners as described in our Privacy Policy.
